MICROTEST LCR/Impedance Analyzer measures the electrical properties of passive components (inductors, capacitors, resistors), including inductance, capacitance, resistance, quality factor, dissipation factor, and impedance. 6632/6632S Impedance Analyzers operate from 10Hz to 50MHz and offer features like sweep analysis, multi-step listings, and Meter mode measurements. They come with built-in measurements of dielectric constant (εr) and magnetic permeability (μr), eliminating manual calculations or extra software. 6632S model supports seven different equivalent circuit models for a faster and more precise understanding of parasitic components\\' impact on impedance. For LCR testing, there are high-frequency 6630 series (1M/3M/5M/10M/20M/30M/50MHz) and basic 6360 series (20k/100k/500k/1MHz) options. 6630 series is ideal for automated production line testing, especially for high-speed production, while the 6360 series is suitable for general quality control and incoming material inspection (IQC).
